Semi-Private Training

 

Our semi-private service is the budget friendly alternative to our 1-on-1 offering. Semi-private sessions consist of 2-3 participants and 1 trainer. Although participants share the session with 1 or 2 others, each client receives their own program which reflects their goals. THIS IS NOT A COOKIE CUTTER WORKOUT WHERE EVERYONE IS DOING THE SAME THING. The only true difference between this service and our 1-on-1 service is participants are responsible for counting their own reps!

 

Semi-private sessions are designed identically to our 1-on-1 training sessions and consist of all of the following:

  • Soft tissue work/foam rolling
  • Core training
  • Strength & power training
  • Interval & cardiovascular training

 

This service is ideal for those who excel in a motivating small group environment and feed off of the energy of others. It is also great for those who have a bit more experience with exercise and our program, for those who do not feel comfortable with being "watched" or intensely supervised, and for those who are on a little tighter budget.
