Private 1-on-1 Training


Our 1-on-1 training service is ideal for people who want the most intensive, detailed, supervised and hands on coaching experience possible. It is ideal and reccomended for beginning exercisers new to the LiveFit philosophy and program, for those who seek a little more attention and privacy, and for those who may not enjoy or feel comfortable working in a small group setting.


Our 1-on-1 training sessions last about 45-60 minutes and include all of the following:

  • Soft tissue work/foam rolling
  • Flexibility & mobility training
  • Core training
  • Strength & power training
  • Interval & cardiovascular training
