Online Training & Nutrition Coaching

 

The Live Fit online training and nutrition coaching program is provided, administered and implemented in a an online/distance coaching format via email. Here's how it works:

  • Clients fill out thorough assessment paperwork outlining their goals, history, inidiviual circumstances, wants and needs and submits it to their coach.
  • Once the coach receives the assessment paperwork, the coach develops the client's physical training and nutrition plan.
  • The client implements the plan on their own, in their own gym, according to their schedule.
  • The client and coach work together remotely in a consultative realationship throughout the program.

What's Included?

 

The Physical Training Component

  • Clients are given a comprehensive program which includes strength training, cardiovascualar conditioning, flexibility, warm-up and recovery protocols. 
  • Programs are designed based on the equipment the client has access to and their current fitness level.
  • Programs are designed based on the number of days and the amount of time the client can devote to a training program.
  • Clients are given detailed, user friendly spreadsheets to take the gym to record their training sessions: every activity, exercise, set, and repetiiton is laid out in an easily understood format.
  • Exercise video demonstrations are provided for each and every exercise in the program.
  • Clients are responsbile for submitting their training data to their coach at the end of each week and the coach will update and progress the program accordingingly.
  • Clients receive a new program every 4 weeks which builds on the prior program phase.
  • Clients have 24/7 access to their coach via email to address any questions or concerns (quick response time).
  • THESE PROGRAMS ARE THE EXACT SAME PROGRAMS WHICH WOULD BE IMPLEMENTED WITH A CLIENT AT THE LIVE FIT GYM IN PERSON. THESE ARE NOT PRE-FABRICATED "COOKIE CUTTER" PROGRAMS. 

The Nutrition Component

  • Clients are given specific meal plans-built around foods they actually like to eat-to help them meet their desired goal (fat loss, weight maintenance, muscle gain, etc.) as quickly and as safely as possible.
  • Meal plans are completely customized in terms of calories and macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein and fat) composition for each clien'ts specific end goal.
  • Clients are advised EXACTLY what to eat and in the EXACT amounts (down to the gram) to reach their desired goal.
  • Meal plans are developed around a client's specific lifestyle and circumstances: meal plans are not one size fits all or overly rigid.
  • Clients are held accountable through bi-weekly check-ins with their coach and must submit photographs and meal compliance statistics.
  • Clients have 24/7 access to their coach via email to address any questions or concerns (quick response time).
  • Individual food substitutions can be provided to the client at any time. 

 

What's The Cost?

 

The cost of the Live Fit online personal training/distance coaching program is $150/month (minimum 3 month commitment). Keep in mind, this is what it would cost to train with me twice monthly in person ($75/session). This program truly is the most budget friendly, and, in my opinion, most effective way to experience all of the benefits of an in person trainer while avoiding all of the drawbacks and negatives. 

 

I belive in the distance coaching format so much, I've completely changed my business model, moving away from in person training, in an effort to lower the barrier of entry for the typical budget conscioius individual who wants to get great fitnesss, fat loss, and performance results! There truly is no need to spend as astronomical sum of money to hire an in person trainer. Technology has allowed fitness professionals like myself to reach more people and provide a service which is actually far superior to in-person training: the client can train more frequently, at a fraction of the cost, on his or her own schedule, while still experiencing the program design expertise and accountability a fitness trainer provides (remember, you are paying a trainer for their expertise...NOT their baby sitting skills).
